This magnificent modern home was built with DEVCON and includes some breathtaking unique features. Timber panelling has featured on the exterior angular façade, making a statement on the streetscape. A mixture of textures and materials come together to bring this home to life. Stone, Timber, Copper and Steel all exude quality as do the large windows used throughout. The flood the spaces with light making for an airy living zone. We worked with our client on this design to make it special – the void in the main living makes for a double height ceiling that overlooks the in-ground pool and landscaping throughout the yard space. Wool carpets used in the bedrooms make them cosy while the use of oversized sliding doors to the outside make for a welcoming fresh air feel.
